Family Sues H & B with the dangers of aluminum poles

Louisville, KY (WAVE) - One interesting case is now before the court in question, if aluminum bats should be banned from baseball. A family of Montana has sued the maker of Louisville Slugger to the death of his son.
Unable to perform Translation:invalid text18 Brandon Patch died after being hit in the head by a baseball that was hit with an aluminum bat. His parents say, the Louisville-based Hillerich & Bradsby knew the dangers.
